Black Bush is an Irish whiskey from Bushmills, made by marrying a notably high proportion of malt whiskey with a lighter grain whiskey.
The blend is matured in former oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks. It is sold in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey is described as having rich, fruity notes and a deep, intense character, balanced by a smoothness all its own.
