This is a 21 year old Irish malt from Bushmills, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery's official records go back to 1608.
The whisky spent 19 years in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, then two more years finished in Madeira casks.
The nose is typically described as toffee, honey, fruit and coffee. On the palate come mango, grapes, dates and pecans, and the finish is a little smoky with sweet tobacco and mint.
