Bushwood Longball Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Bushwood Longball is a Kentucky single-barrel straight bourbon, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered and hand bottled in Kentucky by Bushwood Spirits. The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley, and the whiskey is aged in charred American oak. Because each bottle comes from a single barrel, it reflects the character of that one cask. The nose is toasted caramel and butterscotch with soft oak, delicate and floral. The palate is creamy honey with vanilla, medium-bodied and silky, and vanilla lingers on the finish.
