Bushwood Spirits – Stillwater Gold Label 7 Year Old (75cl, 47.5%)

Stillwater Gold Label is a 7 year old rye whiskey from Bushwood Spirits, made in Kentucky and bottled at 47.5% in a 750ml bottle. It is a limited release. The mash bill is 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley, which gives a rye that leans towards bourbon in style. The nose offers warm caramel, vanilla bean and toasted oak. On the palate come baking spice, honeyed grain and a silky corn sweetness, followed by a smooth, lingering and gently spiced finish.
