Bushwood Stillwater Rye is a single barrel straight rye whiskey from Kentucky, hand bottled by Bushwood Spirits, Inc. in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled at cask strength and takes its inspiration from the Monterey Peninsula and Stillwater Cove.
Tasting notes describe classic rye spice with caramel and bright citrus, then nutmeg, cinnamon and sweet oak. The finish is long and dry, with toasted oak and dark chocolate.
