Bussia Barolo DOCG from Prunotto is a red wine from the Barolo DOCG appellation. It shows a garnet red colour, with complex aromas of ripe red fruit, light floral notes and spicy nuances; with aeration, earthy and balsamic tones emerge. On the palate it is full-bodied, with present but well-harmonised tannins and good acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish. It suits meat dishes, game, rich sauces and aged cheeses. Open or decant before serving and serve at around 16-18 C.
