Buton Maraschino (70cl, 32%)

An Italian maraschino liqueur produced by Buton, made from marasca cherries, a cherry variety with an intense, aromatic flavour originating from Dalmatia. Production follows traditional methods with distillation that preserves the pure essence of the fruit. The result is a clear, transparent liqueur opening on the palate with sweet cherry notes balanced by a light almond-like aftertaste, completed by a delicate touch of vanilla and spices. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails and desserts.
