Buzzard's Roost Double Oak Four Grain Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Buzzard's Roost Double Oak Four Grain Bourbon is a well-aged bourbon distilled from corn, wheat, rye and barley. It goes through a double oak process in new proprietary toasted and charred casks, which adds further flavour. Caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and clove come through. The nose suggests baking multigrain bread with brown sugar and a little baking spice, while the palate offers savoury vanilla crème brûlée with a pinch of cinnamon. The finish is warm and nutty, ending on multigrain cereal. A splash of water brings out more fruit and brown sugar.
