Buzzard's Roost Signature Double Oak is a straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, made in two stages of oak maturation.
It is aged for over four years in new, charred American white oak barrels, then matured further in proprietary casks. This second stage adds depth and a smooth, rounded character.
The nose brings roasted nuts and a hint of cinnamon. On the palate there is vanilla and roasted almonds, balanced by gentle spice, and the finish is long and warm with sweet cinnamon.
