A Barbera d'Asti DOCG from Ca' Bianca, signed by the Assel winery. It is made from Barbera and comes from clay-limestone hills. Ageing in wooden barrels adds softness and evolved aromas without masking the freshness. On the nose there are cherry, plum, vanilla and black pepper. On the palate it is enveloping, with firm yet velvety tannins. It suits red meat, aged cheeses and cured meats.
