Cà dei Frati Rosé Brut Cuvée dei Frati (37.5cl)

A rosé sparkling wine from Cà dei Frati, produced in the Lake Garda area. It has a pale pink colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows red berry notes, especially strawberry and raspberry, with hints of yeast and fresh almond. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with acidity balancing the fruit, an harmonious structure and a clean, persistent finish. Initial fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by a second fermentation in bottle using the traditional champenoise method. It suits aperitifs, delicate fish dishes, sushi and light starters.
