Ca' del Bosco Annamaria Clementi Dosaggio Zero Riserva 2017 Franciacorta DOCG

A Franciacorta Riserva DOCG made without dosage, produced by Ca' del Bosco from chardonnay, pinot bianco and pinot nero. It is named for the founder of the house, Annamaria Clementi, mother of Maurizio Zanella. The wine is made only in the best years and spends more than eight years on its lees. Disgorgement is then carried out without oxygen, using a system devised and patented by the house. Pale straw in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is layered, with yeast, white flowers, citrus and spice. On the palate it is full-bodied, intense and fleshy, with a fresh, lasting finish. The producer suggests truffle risotto.
