A rosé sparkling wine from Ca di Frara, pale pink in colour with a fine, regular perlage. The nose is immediate and pleasant, with wild strawberries, rose petals and a citrus note.
On the palate it is lively, with precise acidity, a savoury mid-palate and a discreet but convincing persistence. The bubbles are dry and support the drink without overwhelming it, giving a sense of balance between freshness and softness.
It suits an aperitif and light seafood dishes, and is best served cold, around 6–8 °C, in tulip glasses.
