Cà Rugate Fulvio Beo Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut Jeroboam (3L)

A sparkling wine from Cà Rugate in Veneto, made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle. The Jeroboam holds 3 litres and the Extra Brut style keeps residual sugar very low, showing the purity of the fruit. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers white-fleshed fruit, hints of bread crust and mineral notes, while the palate is lively and well balanced, with an elegant structure and a persistent, clean finish. It works well as an aperitif and has the structure to accompany raw shellfish or delicate starters.
