Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley Silver Oak

Silver Oak's Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley has a deep ruby colour and an aromatic profile dominated by ripe black fruit, blackberry and currant, with light cherry notes and herbaceous hints. Black pepper and sweet spices appear on the nose, while the palate shows enveloping tannins and a savoury structure supporting a long, pleasant finish. Concentrated yet balanced, it suits grilled red meats, braises, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and rich ragù. Serve at around 16-18 C and consider brief decanting for younger bottles.
