Cabo Rojo Carta Oro is a rum from the Dominican Republic, made from a blend of aged rums rested in oak barrels. It has a warm golden colour and a soft, well-balanced palate with delicate sweetness and notes of caramel, dried fruit and a light touch of hazelnut. The finish is smooth and pleasant, with a sweet wood aftertaste. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in cocktails such as Daiquiri or Cuba Libre.
