A cachaça from Fazenda Lageado with an immediate, linear profile. The nose shows fresh sugar cane, citrus peel and a herbaceous hint. The palate is frank and direct, with initial roundness, unobtrusive alcoholic warmth, a clean texture, light savouriness and a pleasant persistence. It suits caipirinha and cachaça cocktails, or can be served neat or with a little ice. Best served slightly chilled.
