A cachaça from Brazil, produced from fresh sugar cane juice. It has a soft, enveloping structure and aromas of tropical fruit and damp earth. Ageing in wooden casks adds delicate vanilla notes and a light spice hint, balancing the fresh herbal character of the cane. On the palate it is silky, with a balance of sweetness and a touch of acidity. It can be enjoyed neat or in traditional cocktails such as the Caipirinha.
