The nose offers a delicate but distinctly fresh sugar cane aroma with a hint of herbal notes and subtle floral hints. On the palate it is remarkably soft, almost velvety, with balanced sweetness and a light spiciness. The finish is clean and persistent, recalling freshly cut cane.
It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the base for Brazilian cocktails such as the Caipirinha.
