This is a 13 year old single malt from Tomatin distillery, bottled by Cadenhead in its Chairman's Stock range, in a 70cl bottle.
It is a sweet, fruity dram. The nose is creamy, with baklava, custard, pineapple and white grapes. On the palate come Viennese whirl, white chocolate, honeydew melon and gooseberries.
The finish brings pear drops, peaches and white pepper.
