The nose is fresh orchard apples, orange peel, ripe cherries, cinnamon, mint and toasted oak. On the palate are caramel, honey, spiced chocolate, toasted barley and vibrant citrus with a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long and smooth, with velvety vanilla and soft smoky embers.
