This is a 14 year old Tormore single malt from Cadenhead's Original Collection, in a 70cl bottle. Tormore was established in 1958 and has listed building status for its striking architecture.
The whisky was matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso hogsheads.
The nose offers butterscotch, candy floss, ginger, toffee, kombucha and pine. The palate brings orange, strawberries and cream, prunes, fruit cake, white grapes and tangerines. The finish carries brandy snaps, lemongrass, gorse and rye.
