Cadenhead's Enigma Lowland is a seven-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed Lowland distillery. Matured entirely in ex-bourbon barrels, it was bottled in 2023 at a cask strength of 56.4% ABV, with an outturn of 96 bottles.
The sweet nose combines icing sugar, vanilla ice cream and green apple. A thick-textured palate brings custard cream biscuits, wine gums and dried orchard fruit, before a herbal finish of mint, basil and lemon drizzle cake.
