Seven Stars is a blended Scotch whisky from Wm Cadenhead of Campbeltown, an independent bottler. It is a blend of single malt and grain whiskies, released in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
Cadenhead bottles it without chill filtration, as a small-batch blend.
The tasting notes describe a nose of soft malt sweetness, honey, light toffee, orchard fruit and subtle oak. The palate is creamy and balanced, with caramel, baked apple, malted barley, vanilla and gentle spice. The finish is of medium length, with warming oak, light pepper and lingering sweetness.
