Seven Stars is a blended Scotch whisky from Wm. Cadenhead, the independent bottler founded in 1842 and described as Scotland's oldest. It is made from a selection of single malt and grain whiskies and is bottled in Campbeltown at 46% (92 proof), a higher strength than many blends.
The nose offers honey, malted grain, citrus peel and light oak. The palate is sweet malt with caramel, gentle spice and toasted grain, and the finish is warming, with malty sweetness and a little spice that lingers.
