This is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, bottled by Cadenhead in a 75cl bottle. It was re-racked into Manzanilla hogsheads in 2020.
The nose is very buttery, with cognac, brandy snaps, stroopwafels and banana. On the palate come chamomile tea, orange peel, milk chocolate and cardamom. The finish brings pretzels, salted bread, caramelised brown sugar and cola.
