Dominique is an Italian brandy from Distilleria Caffo, the first distillate the distillery sold. It is made in the classic Italian style.
The spirit is distilled from pinot grigio and refosco grapes, then aged for three years in oak barrels. The oak adds a touch of cinnamon and vanilla and rounds off the edges of the spirit.
Caffo is a family business whose roots go back to the end of the 19th century, when Giuseppe Caffo began distilling pomace on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily.
