Caffo Grappa Italiana (75cl)

Caffo Grappa Italiana is an Italian grappa made at the producer's distillery in Friuli. It is distilled twice on an alembic still. The spirit is built from magliocco and gaglioppo, which make up 95 per cent of the blend, with 5 per cent pinot grigio added. It is softer than many people expect from grappa, with less of the usual fire. It has a dried fruit and herbal character, and works neat or in cocktails that call for that touch.
