Caffo Vecchia Grappa (75cl)

Caffo Vecchia is a grappa from the Caffo family of master distillers. The house traces its roots to the last decade of the 19th century, when Giuseppe Caffo began distilling local pomace by artisanal methods on the slopes of Etna in Sicily. Today the family distils its own pomace in two distilleries it owns, in Calabria and Friuli, continuing that tradition.
