Caledonian 35 Year Old is a single grain whisky from the closed Caledonian distillery in Edinburgh. It was distilled in 1987, matured in a single hogshead and bottled in July 2022 at natural cask strength. It belongs to Signatory's Cask Strength Collection, in a glass-stoppered decanter. Non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, it was released in 232 individually numbered bottles. It is described as a Lowland profile of silky vanilla, tropical fruit and polished oak.
