Cali Mavericks DoubleWood is a small batch California whiskey in a 750ml bottle. It is a high rye bourbon, and part of the Mavericks series of finished whiskeys.
It starts in charred new American oak barrels and is finished in toasted French oak, so two different oaks shape the whiskey.
The aromas are of coffee, caramel and cocoa.
