Calle 23 Blanco Tequila (70cl, 40%)

Calle 23 Blanco is a tequila made entirely from agave, in a 70cl bottle with a fresh, modern design. The agave hearts are first cooked in stainless steel autoclaves, then fermented with two different yeasts to keep the distinctive agave character. The spirit is distilled to 54%, then reduced with spring water to 40% before bottling. The flavour is clearly of agave, with notes of citrus, apple, pear and spice. It can be drunk neat or used in cocktails such as the Paloma.
