Calle 23 Reposado is a tequila made entirely from agave, in a fresh, modern bottle design. The cooked, fermented agave hearts are distilled to about 54% abv.
It then rests for 3 to 12 months in whiskey barrels from Jack Daniel's and Heaven Hill, before being brought down to 40% abv with spring water and bottled.
It has notes of wood, pepper and spice, and figs. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails and long drinks.
