Calle 23 Tequila Reposado (70cl)

This is a Reposado tequila from Calle 23, made from agave in the Los Altos de Jalisco. It is distilled twice in traditional copper stills, then aged for eight months in casks that previously held Bourbon, which adds a spiced touch. The colour is lightly amber. The nose shows woody and spicy notes with cooked agave. The palate is light and delicate, in line with the nose, with a fruitier side as well.
