Callum Cask 003 is a whisky from the 2015 release, matured in a once-used 'fresh' bourbon cask made from American oak.
The cask is credited with adding a subtle richness, depth and complexity, along with a flavour all of its own.
It is a collaboration between Callum and Annandale. The idea grew out of a friendship with David Thomson that dates back to their schooldays.
