This is a Kentucky straight rye from Calumet Farm, released for the 100th anniversary and made to a high rye mash bill. The mash bill gives caramel, baking spice and warm oak, with bolder dark fruit and pepper in balance. The result is a spicy rye character with a long, smooth finish.
