Calumet Farm 12 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 51% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered and was aged in deep #4 char casks.
This is the Single Rack Black release, drawn from 19 barrels on a single centre-cut rack in the rickhouse. The bourbon is bottled by Western Spirits in Bardstown, and the name comes from the Kentucky thoroughbred farm founded in 1924.
The tasting notes give deep oak and dark caramel with vanilla and toasted nuts, ending in a drying oak finish.
