Calumet Farm 17 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 58.5% ABV in a 750ml glass decanter. This Centennial Release marks 100 years of Calumet Farm, 1924 to 2024.
The bourbon is 17 years old and comes from small batches of 17 barrels, made from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley. It is not chill-filtered.
Toffee, roasted nuts and gentle vanilla show on the nose. The palate offers caramelised sugar, baking spices, dark cherry, dark chocolate and cinnamon, and the finish is smooth and lingering, with charred oak and brown sugar.
