Calumet Farm 18 Year Bourbon Trophy Decanter 100th Anniversary Release (59%)

This is an 18 year old Kentucky straight bourbon in a trophy decanter, released for the 100th anniversary of Calumet Farm and its heritage in horse racing and bourbon. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 59% (118 proof), from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley. The nose has deep caramel, toasted oak and dark fruit with a hint of tobacco. Vanilla, butterscotch and seasoned oak run through the palate alongside warm baking spices, and the long finish leaves dark chocolate, leather and aged rye spice.
