Calumet Farm 8 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Calumet Farm 8 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for eight years. It is named after the Lexington horse farm that William Monroe Wright established in 1924. Wright's son Warren turned the farm towards Thoroughbred racing after 1933, and the Wrights brought in the trainer Ben A. Jones. The farm went on to produce two Triple Crown winners, eight Kentucky Derby winners and eight Preakness winners. Eleven of its horses are in the National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame, and the whiskey brand was created in honour of that record.
