Calumet Farm Bottled in Bond Centennial Release is a Kentucky straight bourbon at 50% ABV (100 proof), in a 75cl bottle. It was released for the 100th anniversary of Calumet Farm, which began in 1924 as a Thoroughbred breeding and racing operation.
As a bottled-in-bond whiskey it comes from a single distilling season at one distillery, aged for at least four years in new oak in a federally bonded warehouse. It is bottled uncut at bonded strength and is non-chill filtered.
