This is Kentucky straight bourbon from Calumet Farm, bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml hand-painted ceramic decanter. It is the centrepiece of the 2025 Centennial Collection, and the decanter shows the main stable at Calumet Farm. Each one is handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike.
The bourbon is Calumet's high-rye recipe of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley, unchanged since the brand was launched.
The nose offers caramel, toasted oak and vanilla with a touch of spice. On the palate it is rich and smooth, with brown sugar, dried fruit and warm baking spices, and the finish is long, with toasted nuts, oak and sweet tobacco.
