Calumet Farm High Rye Mash Bill Rye Whiskey Centennial Release (75cl, 50%)

Calumet Farm High Rye Mash Bill Rye Whiskey is the first rye whiskey from the Kentucky name, released in 2025 as part of the Centennial Collection marking 100 years of the thoroughbred farm (1924-2024). It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is 91% rye and 9% barley, a step beyond the high-rye recipe used for the farm's bourbons. It is the only rye in a collection that otherwise holds five bourbons. The tasting notes describe cinnamon, clove and black pepper over caramel and vanilla, with toasted oak and a warm, lingering finish.
