Calumet Farm Origin Release Centennial Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). It is one of six expressions in the Centennial Collection, made for the 100th anniversary of Calumet Farm, the Fayette County thoroughbred farm founded in June 1924.
The bourbon uses the brand's high-rye mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley. It was produced by Western Spirits from barrels sourced from Barton Distillery, and it comes in a 750ml bottle in the brand's original bottle design.
