Calumet Farm Single Rack Black Centennial is a Kentucky straight bourbon made to mark Calumet Farm's 100th anniversary, as a limited release. Hand-selected barrels are brought together in ultra-small batches. It is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle, without chill filtration.
The mash bill is 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley. Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and a subtle spice are noted on the palate, with the spice lingering.
