Calvados Drouin Tres Pomme (70cl)

A Calvados from the Normandy region, produced by Christian Drouin from a rigorous selection of apples grown in local orchards. It is made by traditional double distillation in copper stills, followed by ageing in oak barrels that gives balance and complexity. The result is a spirit with an intense aromatic bouquet of green apple, light vanilla notes and a soft, harmonious finish. It can be enjoyed neat after a meal, used in refined cocktails, or paired with white meats and delicate cheeses.
