Calvados Michel Hubert 2004 Pays d'Auge is a limited-edition calvados from the Pays d'Auge region of France. It is aged for 18 years in oak barrels.
The nose shows mature apples, sweet spices, vanilla and caramel. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with apple freshness, woody notes, cooked fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, and a long, persistent, warm finish. It is suited to drinking after a meal or in cocktails, slightly chilled.
