Cameronbridge 12 Year Old is a single grain Scotch distilled in 2012 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2025 at 57.1%, in a 70cl bottle. It is Edition #1 of Signatory's 100 Proof Grain Edition.
The whisky spent its twelve years in first-fill bourbon barrels and was distilled in continuous Coffey stills. It is bottled without added colour or chill-filtration.
The nose has vanilla pod, caramel and coconut with honeyed cereal and gently spiced oak. The palate is creamy and soft, with buttery toffee, vanilla custard, dried stone fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg. The long, warm finish leaves sweet vanilla, toasted almond and soft spiced oak.
