Cameronbridge 15 Year Old is a single grain whisky from the Cameronbridge distillery in Fife, bottled by Cooper's Choice. It was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023, in a 70cl bottle. It matured in a single sherry cask, number 462894, and was bottled at a cask strength of 56% without chill filtration. The nose combines dried fruit, vanilla custard and honey with oak spice, nutmeg and sherry sweetness. The palate is velvety, with caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, dried apricot, raisin and cinnamon. The finish is long, with sweet spice, toasted oak and dried fruit.
