A 27-year-old single grain whisky from Cameronbridge, distilled in 1998 and bottled by James Eadie as part of its Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland range. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
After long maturation the whisky was finished in a Marsala cask, which adds a wine-led twist to the naturally creamy grain spirit.
The notes describe layers of dried fruit, caramel and gentle spice, with a subtle lift of candied citrus and the richness of dessert wine from the Marsala.
